Crochet Tree Holiday Doily Pattern - Pattern for Beginners

I can picture this doily is Christmas colors of red green and white, maybe gold! A simple doily pattern for beginners and a great holiday doily pattern!

Materials:

Crochet Cotton 2 balls in the color of your choice

Crochet Hook E

Ch 12, join to form a ring and work 24 sc in ring, join.

Row 2: ch 3, dc in same space, * ch 3, skip 2 sc, 2 dc in next sc, repeat from * all around, ending row with ch 3, sl st in 3rd st of ch.

Row 3: ch 3, dc in same space, 2 dc in next dc, * ch 4, 2 dc in each of the next 2 dc, repeat from * 6 times, ch 4, sl st in 3rd st of ch.

Row 4: ch 3, dc in same space, * dc in next dc, ch 1, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, ch 5, 2 dc in next dc, repeat from * 6 times, dc in next dc, ch 1, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, ch 5, join in 3rd st of ch.

Row 5: sl st to ch 1 loop, ch 3, work 2 dc in same space keeping last loop of each dc on hook, yo, pull though all loops on hook, * ch 6, sc over the next loops of 2 previous rows, ch 6 cluster st in next ch 1 loop (cluster st: work 3 dc in same space keeping last loop of each dc on the hook, yo, pull though all loops on hook), repeat from * 6 times, ch 6, sc over the next loops of 2 previous rows, ch 3, dc in 1st cluster st.

Row 6: ch 9, sc in next loop, repeat from beginning all around, ending row with ch 4, dtrc in dc.

Row 7: ch 3, 2 dc in same space, * ch 6, 3 dc in center st of next loop, repeat from * around, ch 6, join in 3rd st of ch.

Row 8: ch 3, 2 dc in same space, * ch 3, skip 1 dc, 3 dc in next dc, ch 3, sc in next loop, ch 7, sc in next loop, ch 3, 3 dc in next dc, repeat from * around in the same manner.

Row 9: st st to center of ch 3 loop, ch 3, 2 dc cluster st in same space, * ch 7, sc in next loop, repeat from * twice, ch 7, 3 dc cluster st in next ch 3 loop, repeat from 1st * around, ending the row with ch 3, trc in 1st cluster st.

Row 10,11 and 12: ch 7, sc in next loop, repeat from beginning all around, ending each row with ch 3, trc in trc.

Row 20: Work the same as last row, ending row with ch 4, dtrc in dtrc.

Row 22: Ch 3, 2 dc in same space, *ch 8, 3 dc in center st of next loop, repeat from * around, ending row with ch 3, trc in 3rd st of ch.

Row 23: * ch 3, 2 trc in next dc, 1 trc in next dc, 2 trc in next dc, ch 3, sc in next loop, repeat from * around, ending row to correspond, slst in trc.

Row 24: slst to center of next loop, * ch 5, 3 dc cluster st in center trc of next trc group, ch 5, sc in next loop, ch 3, sc in next loop, repeat from * around, ending row with dc in last slst.
